Real Color Picker provides free, unlimited access to color extraction, palette generation, WCAG contrast checking, and code token exports for personal and commercial use.
2. Intellectual Property & Palette Rights
You retain 100% ownership over all color palettes, designs, and code tokens generated using our tools. You may freely use exported CSS, Tailwind, or JSON tokens in any project.
3. Service Availability & Disclaimer
Our web applications are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and precision calculations, we assume no liability for indirect damages.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse our service, attempt denial of service attacks, or reverse engineer proprietary client scripts.
